What is TCM Masters?
TCM Masters is an exciting new development which is dedicated to providing the highest quality training seminars and professional development for Chinese Medicine practitioners worldwide. It is designed to bring together new technology with the traditional values of Chinese Medicine.
While Chinese Medicine practitioners and students may have had the opportunity to study with some wonderful teachers, there are many other experts and superb teachers that may not have been readily available up until now. What is the background of your presenters?
Our TCM Masters team are acclaimed lecturers, cllinicians and researchers. All of them experts in their respective fields ranging from Clinical Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tuina and Chinese Herbal Medicine among others. They are all master lecturers and master clinicians. What areas do your courses cover?

Are courses for TCM Practitioners only?
No, though we do come from a strong TCM background, as our name implies, and we do have some of the best TCM lecturers from China and the west available today. We believe that all traditions have something to say to each other, and that true learning comes from genuine dialogue. Accordingly, we will offer five elements and other courses in the future.
Can I get professional credits?
All our online courses are tracked and certified. Knowledge check quizes are part of course completion. Certificates can be submitted to your professional association for professional credits.
How can I purchase a course?
Purchasing a course is quick and easy and allows you to access our courses immediately. Click on the Purchase button at the bottom of your chosen course page to access the course. Choose your course here.
I see you use Paypal, but I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still access courses?
Yes you can, we chose Paypal because of its strong security, reputation and ease of use. Even if you don't have a Paypal account you can use any of the major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you share information with anyone else?
No, at TCM Masters we respect your right to privacy. We don't share your information with any third parties for advertising or other purposes. Any information you input is used purely to allow you to login and access your courses and account information. This is done by cookies which ensure you are recognized by our system and can access courses whenever you logon.
How long can I do I have to complete my courses?
We recognise that everybody has busy lives and that it can be more convenient to commence your courses and return to them at a later date. In order to facilitate this, we have extended the time for completion of courses to 60 days.You can log in and out to your subscribed courses as many times as you wish during the allocated course time.
Can I access TCM Masters on an iPhone or iPad?
TCM Masters displays it’s videos via Flash as this is used by all major browsers including Apple’s Safari. At present, the easiest way to watch flash videos on your iPad or iPhone is to use the paid version of Puffin Web Browser which is available in itunes. The next standard, HTML 5 has yet to be adopted as an industry standard. Once standards are in place then TCM Masters will make their videos available via HTML 5.
